  1. Use 2 cup of Potatoes boil.
  2. Provide 3/4 tsp of Baby corn cut into small pieces.

  14. Take 2 tsp of Green chilli.
  15. Provide 1 tsp of Cumin seeds.

Instructions to make Curry:

  1. Take a kodai add oil, cumin seeds and green chilli,onion and tomato fry it 5 minutes..
  2. Then add all vegetables without methi saag..
  3. Stir it well..
  4. Then add ginger paste, and coriander powder,and methi powder,and cumin powder, turmic powder also.
  5. Stir it well.after that add methi saag little bit water and cover it for cooking well..
  6. Then it's complete.now it's time to serve with stream rice or chapati.thank you..
